The reason our shelter is so full is that
people did not research ferret ownership
before acquiring a
ferret.
A ferret is not a simple pet, nor is it ever a child's responsibility!

A ferret is not a pet for a
child to take care of ! The parents must be the one who
wants the ferret, and be the caretaker of the ferret.
The children can then assist!! |

Ferrets can be quite expensive with their veterinary visits-
*Ferrets are prone to cancer and most will require costly
veterinary care throughout their lifetime.
*In addition, ferrets need routine yearly exams and shots. |
